Patrick Tobin has extensive experience in communications and program management within the non-profit sector, particularly focusing on international development and security. Beginning as a Public Outreach Intern at AARP from September 2007 to September 2008, Patrick later joined the Global Center on Cooperative Security in April 2018, where roles evolved from Communications Coordinator and Programs Officer to Senior Programs Officer and Communication Coordinator until August 2024. Throughout this tenure, Patrick emphasized research and programmatic initiatives related to financial integrity and counterterrorism. Currently, Patrick serves as a Managing Consultant at Guidehouse since August 2024. Patrick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics from American University, obtained in 2008.
