Paul Hoffman

Paul Hoffman is an accomplished management consultant and policy expert with extensive experience in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as Director at Guidehouse since April 2019, Paul has a strong focus on state and local government consulting. Paul has contributed significantly to the Truman National Security Project as a Defense Council Member since January 2015 and served as Policy Director for Bill Daley during a notable Chicago mayoral campaign. Previous roles include Senior Engagement Manager at CityBase, Inc., where Paul examined the interplay between technology and municipal financial health, and a Civil Affairs Officer in the United States Marine Corps, establishing crucial partnerships and enhancing military-civilian integration. Paul has also worked with prestigious organizations such as Deloitte, the Congressional Budget Office, and the University of Chicago, enhancing strategic planning and public policy insights. Paul holds a Master's Degree in Public Policy from the Harris School of Public Policy and is currently pursuing a Master of Liberal Arts at the University of Chicago.
