Pedro Berdecia is a Senior Consultant who leads projects in intelligence and criminal analysis for law enforcement. They retired as a Division Chief at HSI Intelligence after a distinguished career in federal government service, where they oversaw teams supporting investigations into transnational organized crime, narcotics, and financial violations. With a strong background in analytics, budget oversight, and interagency collaboration, Pedro holds a Six Sigma yellow belt in process improvement and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Currently, they continue their education in Psychology at the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras.
