Peter Steele-Mosey

Peter Steele-Mosey is an experienced economist specializing in the econometric impact analysis of electricity pricing, demand response, and energy efficiency programs. Currently serving as a Director at Guidehouse since March 2016, Peter manages the evaluation of several Duke Energy demand response programs, including EnergyWise and HōM. Previously, Peter held the position of Associate Director at Navigant prior to rejoining Guidehouse, where responsibilities also included managing evaluations of demand response initiatives. Peter's expertise encompasses estimating impacts of various energy conservation strategies and dynamic rates for utilities in Canada and the U.S., building on a solid educational foundation with a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Guelph.
