Rachel Chen

Rachel Chen is a consultant at Guidehouse, with previous experience as a social policy associate for the Los Angeles County Youth Commission, where Rachel developed evaluation tools and conducted qualitative research. At the USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work, Rachel served as a systems analyst for the Children's Data Network, focusing on data management and IT project execution. Additional roles include independent researcher within the USC Research Gateway Scholars Program, where research on demographic disparities was conducted, and as finance director for the USC Undergraduate Student Government, managing funding applications and event planning. Rachel holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention from the University of Southern California.
