Rina Griffin

Rina Griffin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare management and compliance. Currently serving as Associate Director at Guidehouse since September 2022, Rina manages strategic initiatives for state agencies, focusing on healthcare transformation efforts. Previously, Rina held key leadership roles at the American Diabetes Association, including Managing Director of Compliance and Audit, where Rina led compliance efforts and secured over $10 million in health equity funding. Rina also served as Deputy Director at the US Department of Health & Human Services, overseeing grants for the Financial Alignment Initiative, and held positions at the NY State Office for the Aging, including Assistant Director and Long Term Care Supervisor. Rina holds Master's degrees in Public Health and Social Work from Columbia University.
