Rob Gregg

Rob Gregg is an accomplished executive in the healthcare revenue cycle sector, currently serving as Vice President of Revenue Cycle Operations at Guidehouse since June 2023. Previously, Rob held the role of Vice President of Physician Revenue Cycle Services, Client Management at Change Healthcare from June 2021 to June 2023. Rob’s extensive experience also includes senior leadership positions at AGS Health and MSN Healthcare Solutions, where responsibilities included managing client relationships and driving revenue improvement strategies. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the College of Business, graduating in 2002.
