Robyn Wells

Robyn Wells is an experienced consultant with a strong background in unemployment insurance projects and management. Currently serving as an Associate Director at Guidehouse since March 2025, Robyn previously held the position of Senior Consultant at Treinen Associates Inc. from November 2022 to March 2025. Prior roles include Functional Manager at HCL Technologies, overseeing a multi-tenant unemployment insurance project for multiple states, and Manager at the WA State Employment Security Department, where responsibilities included leading the Unemployment Insurance Division. Additionally, as Client Engagement Lead at Geographic Solutions, Robyn was instrumental in client Unemployment Insurance implementations and IT modernization efforts across various states.
