Ryan Cole, MBA, is a seasoned financial and operational leader with extensive experience in the Department of Defense and military service. Currently serving as a Managing Consultant at Guidehouse since September 2025, Ryan has previously held significant roles, including Chief of Army Budget Execution Analysis & Financial Statements at DFAS, where expertise in financial statement preparation and audit compliance was demonstrated, as well as Deputy Director for AM&C Army/Air Force, focusing on enterprise-wide accounting operations. Ryan's military background includes leadership positions in the U.S. Navy and U.S. Navy Reserve, culminating in a retired status, with a proven track record of enhancing operational readiness and implementing effective mentorship strategies. Ryan holds an MBA from Anderson University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, complemented by participation in an Emerging Leaders Workshop at The George Washington University School of Business.
