Ryan Hatcher

Ryan Hatcher, PMP, currently serves as Associate Director at Guidehouse since November 2024. Previously, Ryan worked as an Account Manager at KAI Partners, Inc. from May 2017 to November 2024, leading a team that provided project and program management, data analysis, research, and program evaluation for California Community Colleges workforce development programs. Ryan also held the position of Senior Information Technology Project Manager, overseeing a $20M grant management platform for over 10,000 users and managing various aspects including planning, budgeting, and vendor relations. Prior experience includes consulting in political and public affairs through Hatcher Consulting and serving in various roles such as Deputy Manager for Bill Bryant for Governor and Public Information Officer for the New Mexico Public Education Department. Ryan earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2007.
