Salil Sarkar

Salil Sarkar is a highly experienced Director of Technology Advisory specializing in Enterprise Solutions at Guidehouse since January 2023. With a proven track record in managing large transformative implementations, Salil has successfully overseen projects such as the Oracle Cloud HCM, ERP, and EPM implementation for Wayne County, MI. Prior to this role, Salil held senior program and project management positions at Salics, Inc., and Cognizant, managing multimillion-dollar Oracle Cloud implementations across diverse industries, including Oil & Gas, Healthcare, and Manufacturing. Salil’s extensive experience encompasses leading complex IT programs, PMO operations, and collaborating with System Integration partners. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a BSEE from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, along with advanced studies in Project Management at Stanford University. Salil holds multiple certifications, including PMP, CSM, PgMP, and SAFe.
