Scott Binder

Scott Binder is an experienced professional in information assurance and IT auditing with a diverse career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Manager at Guidehouse since March 2019, Scott has also held leadership positions including President and board member of the ISSA National Capital Chapter since 2009. Prior roles include Information Assurance Senior Manager at Cotton & Company LLP and Director at both MorganFranklin and QinetiQ North America. Scott's early career included significant auditing roles with the DHS OIG, ITS Corporation, and the U.S. Government Accountability Office. Scott earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
