Scott Flood

Scott Flood, PMP, currently serves as Associate Director at Guidehouse, a position held since July 2018, following a tenure as Manager. Prior experience includes six years at PwC Consulting as a Manager and leadership roles at the US Army Manpower Analysis Agency as Director and the Business Transformation Agency as Management Information Lead. From August 2000 to September 2006, Scott held the position of Division Chief/Assistant Technical Director at the US Army Test and Evaluation Command, where responsibilities included leading a team in developing test and evaluation plans for complex acquisition programs. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Readiness and Infrastructure Analyst for the Department of Navy from 1996 to 2000. Scott holds a Master of Science in National Resourcing Strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, a Master of Science in Operations Research and Management Science from George Mason University, and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland.
