Sean Duling

Sean Duling is an Associate Director at Guidehouse, where they leverage their extensive experience in managing complex stakeholder environments and leading cross-functional teams. Previously, they held roles as a Manager and Senior Consultant at North Highland, where they led high-impact projects for state agencies and provided consulting services to various clients. Sean began their career in education, serving as a Corps Member with Teach For America and later as a teacher at Chicago Collegiate Charter School. They also participated as an Education Policy Fellow at the Institute for Educational Leadership, where they developed policy recommendations for DC Public Schools. Sean holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and a Master of Public Administration from Syracuse University.
