Sean Kobrin

Sean Kobrin, PMP, PMI-ACP, currently serves as the Associate Director of Learning and Development at Guidehouse since July 2018, focusing on designing and delivering training that aligns with the company's rapidly evolving culture. Previously, Sean held the role of Senior Training, Communications, and Change Management Analyst, where collaboration with subject matter experts led to the development of innovative training courses. Prior experience includes a similar analyst position at PwC, as well as communications and video production roles at Ray Group International and SIMmersion LLC, where oversight of video production processes and staff management was key. A freelance videographer from 2001 to 2012, Sean also contributed significantly to the University of Maryland Department of Athletics as Video Director, supervising all video-related operations. Sean earned a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication with an English Minor from Towson University.
