Shari Bracy

Shari Bracy is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales operations and organizational development. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Sales Operations at Guidehouse since 2018, Shari has held various leadership roles within the company, including Director of Sales Operations for both the Sales Enablement and Health Segment. Prior to Guidehouse, Shari worked at Navigant, progressing from Senior Manager to Manager in Sales Operations and Marketing & Communications. Shari's career also includes significant positions at ISHR Group, Georgia Center for Opportunity, and Electronic Data Systems, showcasing a strong background in client services, operations, and leadership development. Shari holds a Master’s degree in Communication Studies from Texas State University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas, both with concentrations in organizational communication.
