Shruthi Arvind

Shruthi Arvind is a managing consultant specializing in public policy, with over six years of experience in tax policy, grants management, and project oversight. Currently, they lead a team at Guidehouse that has facilitated the disbursement of over $350 million in federal funding to support state agencies and hospitals during the COVID-19 pandemic. Previously, in their role as a revenue policy analyst for the City of Philadelphia, they managed inter-departmental project teams and developed tools to analyze and improve the city’s tax revenue collection efforts. Shruthi holds a master's degree in City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor's degree in City/Urban, Community, and Regional Planning from CEPT University.
