Thomas Rippert

Thomas Rippert is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management, consulting, and education. Currently serving as Director of State and Local Government at Guidehouse, Thomas previously held the position of Manager at McBride Consulting, LLC, and has a notable background as COO of Rigby Refining, LLC, where innovative approaches were developed to meet regulatory challenges in the marine fuels sector. With leadership roles at Sercies, Logistics and Operations C, and analytics management at CENTRAL COMMAND, Thomas has demonstrated expertise in financial management, operational strategy, and decision science throughout a diverse career. Additionally, Thomas has contributed to academia as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Systems Engineering and currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Oklahoma. Educational credentials include a BS in Military History from the United States Military Academy at West Point, an MS in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, and an MBA from Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business.
