Tom Kraus

Tom Kraus is the Associate Director of the Workday Practice at Guidehouse, where they currently oversee project delivery. Previously, Tom held various leadership roles, including Director of Portfolio at Collaborative Solutions and Engagement Director, where they managed Workday engagements and mentored teams. Their experience also includes serving as Director of Consulting Services at The Nakoma Group and Service Director at Sierra-Cedar, focusing on PeopleSoft and Workday solutions. Tom holds a BS in Liberal Arts/Political Science from Oregon State University and studied Public Administration at Portland State University.
