Tracey Devoir

Tracey DeVoir, PMP, CSM, serves as a Director at Guidehouse since January 2016, leveraging extensive experience in project management and technology implementation. Prior roles include Senior IT Project Manager at CEB, now Gartner, where Tracey led a comprehensive Adobe Web Experience Manager implementation across the enterprise. Previous to this, Tracey held the position of IT Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, managing significant IT tasks for the National Children’s Study. Early career experience encompasses roles in web design and usability consulting at Strategux, product management at Simplexity.com, and legal positions at Bell Atlantic/Verizon and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. Tracey holds a BA in Political Science/Sociology from Mount Holyoke College and completed a junior year abroad at the University of Bristol.
