Tracy Argandona

Tracy Argandona is an accomplished Executive Director with over 20 years of experience in proposal development and capture strategy. They have held key leadership positions, including Vice President and Marketing Director at AECOM from 2006 to 2022, and currently serve as Senior Director of the Proposal Development Center at Guidehouse. Tracy's career encompasses diverse roles across various organizations, including Conference Director at the Institute for International Research and Marketing Manager at Deloitte & Touche. They earned their Bachelor’s Degree from Georgetown University between 1991 and 1995.
