Trish Young

Trish Young is a retired senior executive with 37 years of experience in leadership roles within logistics at Air Force and OSD organizations. Currently, they serve as a Director on the Guidehouse Defense team, where they utilize their extensive background to provide solutions to Defense organizations. Previously, Trish held positions including Executive Director at HQ AFMC and Director at Washington Headquarters Services. In 2024, they became an Executive Fellow at the Institute for Defense & Business, where they mentor and advise logistics and sustainment professionals.
