Vanessa Martinez

Vanessa Martinez is a seasoned professional with substantial experience in internal audit and compliance. Currently serving as Director at Guidehouse since November 2019, Vanessa previously worked as Associate Director of Internal Audit, overseeing various aspects of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance in a Chief Audit Executive capacity. Prior to Guidehouse, Vanessa held the position of Internal Audit Manager at Navigant, leading process improvements, managing a global team, and establishing an in-house Internal Audit program that resulted in significant cost savings. Earlier career experience includes roles at Crowe Horwath LLP as a Senior Business Risk Consultant and at Agencia Delgado Inc. as a Tax Accountant, along with an internship at TransUnion in accounts payable. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Purdue University.
