Eugene Lee

Eugene Lee has a diverse professional background that includes significant roles in both the nonprofit and cybersecurity sectors. From April 2005 to February 2015, Eugene served as the Project Director for Voting Rights at Asian Americans Advancing Justice Southern California, leading initiatives for one of the largest civil rights organizations focused on Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander communities. Following a career break dedicated to full-time parenting from March 2015 to April 2022, Eugene completed a Cybersecurity Fellowship at Springboard from May 2022 to May 2023, gaining extensive training in cybersecurity through a rigorous bootcamp. Subsequently, Eugene held positions as a Data Governance Analyst and Data Privacy Intern at GuidePoint Security in 2025. Eugene holds a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Duke University.
