Jay Murnen

Jay Murnen is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as Regional VP of Finance and Operations at GuidePoint Security since June 2024. Prior to this role, Jay held the position of CFO at Kingsgate Logistics from March 2018 to June 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing financial reporting, planning, accounting, tax, and treasury functions while strategically planning for growth. Earlier experience includes serving as Manager at Clark, Schaefer, Hackett & Co. from October 2004 to March 2018, where Jay focused on developing a new consulting practice for outsourced CFO services, and as CFO at OneCommand, Inc. from September 2006 to January 2014.
