Jim Collins

Jim Collins is a seasoned security engineer currently serving as a Senior Security Engineer at GuidePoint Security since November 2020. With extensive experience in network operations and engineering, Jim held the position of Team Lead Network Operations at CSC from November 2010 to November 2020, where responsibilities included managing a Tier 2 Network Operations team and overseeing major problem resolutions. Jim's earlier roles at CSC also featured contributions as a Senior Network and Security Engineer, where significant achievements included developing a process for technical reviews of network changes and migrating legacy technologies. Prior to CSC, Jim worked as a Network Engineer at Comcast from July 2001 to December 2010. Additionally, since January 2010, Jim has contributed as a coach for the West Chester Rugby Football Club. Jim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
