Krista Elen

Krista Elen is a Sales Operations Specialist at GuidePoint Security, where employment began in November 2020. Prior to this role, Krista worked at Arrow Electronics from May 2012 to September 2020, serving as an Inside Sales Account Manager and Sales Operations Supervisor. In these positions, Krista managed multi-level customer accounts and established supplier relations for numerous valued added reseller accounts. As a primary operations subject matter expert, Krista contributed to company-wide systems process improvements and was involved in the development of a new sales and customer interface. Additional responsibilities included processing orders for multiple vendor lines and maintaining a low error rate in order desk support.
