Megan Howard

Megan Howard currently serves as the Director of PSG and DEI and Supplier Compliance Manager at GuidePoint Security, beginning August 2023. Previously, from January 2021 to July 2023, Megan held the position of Subcontractor Operations Manager at Coalfire, where responsibilities included leading contract operations, cross-functional collaboration, and managing the New Product Introduction process. Prior experience includes roles at Optiv Inc as Director of Document Operations, overseeing teams to support contract negotiations and proposal quality, and managing teams of writers and analysts. Earlier career experience includes serving as Office Administrator at St. Luke's Women's Health Care Clinic. Megan holds an MBA in International Business from Pittsburg State University and degrees in Communications and Interpersonal/Public Relations from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and Metropolitan Community College of Kansas City.
