Ajay Sharma is a highly experienced sales professional with over 15 years in sales management across retail and service industries. Previously serving as a General Sales Manager at La-Z-Boy Incorporated from 2008 to 2016, Ajay oversaw all aspects of sales and customer service at a flagship store, leading a team of 17. Currently, as a District Sales Manager at Coca-Cola Consolidated and a Principal Consultant at Guidepoint, Ajay focuses on building high-performing teams and providing comprehensive sales training.
