Amit Panchal has a strong background in sales operations and analytics. Amit started their career at Symmetry Partners, LLC in 2009 as an intern where they conducted portfolio analyses, developed sales kits, and assisted with generating leads. Amit then transitioned into the role of Sales Analyst, where they generated KPI reports, tracked sales pipelines, and maintained databases for financial accounts. In 2011, they became the CRM Administrator, responsible for managing SugarCRM data, field and dashboard layouts, user administration, and corporate training and support. Amit joined Guidepoint in 2015 as a Sales Operations Analyst, where they developed and implemented sales and account management processes, owned commission calculations, and recommended strategies to improve business development efficiency. Amit has since been promoted within Guidepoint to Sales Operations Manager and currently serves as the Global Sales Operations Manager. In this role, they conduct financial and operational analysis, partners with stakeholders to develop scalable growth processes and policies, and designs solutions to improve user experience.
