Anthony Barcelo

Anthony Barcelo is a seasoned professional in the media and visual effects industry, currently serving as a Senior Compositor at Roots-Studios since May 2025. As the owner of Barcelo Media LLC, established in July 2013 in Portland, OR, Anthony has overseen various ventures including Barcelo VFX LLC and Barcelo Photography. With experience as an Independent Media and VFX Consultant at Guidepoint since July 2017, Anthony has contributed to multiple high-profile projects, including a recent role as Visual Effects Vendor for The Walt Disney Studios. An active member of the Visual Effects Society since November 2008, Anthony has continuously expanded skills through formal education and various professional roles, including recent positions with Digital Domain and Artjail, focusing on remote collaboration in the visual effects domain.
