Anwaar Shami is an experienced business leader with a strong background in the Oil & Gas industry, currently serving as Managing Partner at Versatilis Solutions Worldwide and COO at Dynamic International Resources. With expertise in operational excellence and strategic partnerships, Anwaar drives sustainable growth through end-to-end solutions in commodities and equipment sales. Anwaar is also a Council Member and Global Oil & Energy Advisor for GLG and Guidepoint, respectively. Prior to current roles, Anwaar held key leadership positions at Valvoline and Shell, leading significant business operations across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific. Anwaar holds an MBA from Lahore University of Management Sciences, a Bachelor of Science from Government College University, and has completed an executive program at The Wharton School focused on Managing and Motivating Talent.
