Bilal Sabouni

Bilal Sabouni is a seasoned executive currently serving as Managing Director for the Middle East, Africa, Türkiye, and Central Asia at Guidepoint, a leading global intelligence and knowledge services firm. With extensive experience in advisory roles, Bilal founded Gov-Corp International, an agency focused on providing tailored advisory services to government and corporate entities across emerging markets. Previous leadership positions include Chief Executive Officer of the American Business Council in Dubai and regional management roles at PEOPLECERT and Pearson VUE, where Bilal contributed to global licensure, certification programs, and computer-based testing services. Bilal holds a Master's degree in Management of International Business from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the American University in Dubai.
