Carlos Gonçalves has extensive experience in leadership and consultancy across various sectors, primarily focusing on strategy, marketing, and organizational development. Currently, Carlos serves as the CEO of Avila Spaces, leading initiatives in new service research and marketing since June 2004. Additionally, Carlos holds multiple ambassadorial roles, including the Great Place to Work® Portugal Certification Programme and the South Europe Startup Awards, promoting workplace culture and innovation. As an Advisory Board Member at eOffice and a member of the Corporate Happiness Board, Carlos advocates for positive organizational environments.
