Carrie Pedraza is an accomplished IT executive with extensive experience in leading technology initiatives and managing teams across various organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Information Technology Architect at Guidepoint since May 2023, Carrie previously held the position of Chief Information Officer at both San Francisco Federal Credit Union and Phoenix American Financial Services, Inc. With a robust background that includes significant roles at Digital Realty, Charles Schwab & Co., SAP Concur, Tesseract/Ceridian, and Genentech, Carrie has consistently driven corporate-wide application initiatives, vendor management efforts, and technology-related strategies. A graduate of Penn State University in Information Science Technology, Carrie brings a wealth of expertise in overseeing large IT infrastructures, managing substantial budgets, and advising executive leadership on technology concerns and compliance.
