Charles Normanton

Charles Normanton has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Charles began their career as a Website Consultant at Strawman Limited, where they overhauled the company's website and automated their workflow. Charles then moved on to Oxasign, where they served as the Managing Director of an IT consultancy business specializing in website design and on-site network solutions. At Buchanan Law, Charles worked as an Associate, playing a key role in opening a new legal search division and managing complex sales cycles for elite UK & US law firm clients. Currently, Charles is employed at Guidepoint as an Associate Vice President of Business Development, targeting new business within the Institutional Investor segment. Charles has extensive experience working with top consulting firms, hedge funds, private equity firms, and Fortune-ranked companies.

Charles Normanton attended Abingdon School from 2008 to 2015, where they pursued studies in Geography, Chemistry, and Biology. After completing their secondary education, they enrolled at the University of Nottingham from 2015 to 2018. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Environmental Science.
