Charlie Day has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Charlie started their career at Insight Investment, where they gained experience in different departments, including multi-asset trading, currency exchange, emerging markets, fixed income, and money markets. Charlie then interned at Pro Bono Economics, where they focused on understanding and summarizing complex economic reports and researching funding opportunities. Charlie also worked as a finance assistant at EPIC Private Equity, providing accounting and support services for clients. In 2019, they fulfilled their ambition to complete a ski season in the Alps as a chalet host at Skiworld Ltd. Charlie co-founded and served as a director at Elbow Bump Apparel, and they briefly worked as an executive at Sport Collective. Currently, Charlie is working at Guidepoint, where they have held multiple roles, including associate, research manager, and project manager. In their current project manager position, they manage a team and works directly with institutional clients to deliver high-quality insights for investment decision-making.

Charlie Day attended Hampton School from 2008 to 2015, where they studied Economics, Geography, and Chemistry at the A level. Charlie then went on to enroll at the University of Exeter from 2015 to 2019, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics.
