Erika Provost

Erika Provost is a Senior Utilities Business Analyst at the City of Henderson, NV, where they have worked since 2002. In their current role within the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) section of the Business Transformation Division, Erika focuses on aligning strategic objectives with geospatial solutions and optimizing asset management for nearly 1 million assets in the water and wastewater utilities sector. They hold a Duke Certificate in Business Analysis (DCBA), a GIS Certified Professional (GISP) designation, and recently renewed their Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB). Prior to their tenure at the City, Erika contributed to the Yucca Mountain Project, where their mapping efforts were included in the Final Environmental Impact Statement for a Nuclear Waste Repository. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix.
