Fariha Raza

Fariha Raza, PharmD, is an experienced medical affairs consultant and healthcare advisor currently associated with Guidepoint since August 2021. Previously, Fariha served as a Senior Medical Science Liaison in both the Neuroscience & Sleep division at Avadel Pharmaceuticals plc and the Oncology division at Astellas Pharma US, where specific expertise included castration-resistant prostate cancer and chronic graft-versus-host disease. Fariha's career also includes roles at Kadmon and Reata Pharmaceuticals, focusing on rare diseases, as well as extensive experience as a clinical pharmacist in inpatient settings at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital and Kaiser Permanente. Fariha holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Shenandoah University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Washington.
