Hayley Jayne

Hayley Jayne is a seasoned professional in people operations and organizational development, currently serving as Founder and Chief People Officer at Odisea Cultura since February 2023, and as Founder and Principal Coach at CULTSURE since June 2022. Hayley has a proven track record of enhancing workplace culture and operational infrastructure, as demonstrated in roles such as Head of People at eyrus, where significant growth in talent and revenue was achieved, and Head of People at Briq, where strategic global expansion was orchestrated. Additional experience includes advisory and consulting roles at ChangeEngine and Guidepoint, a partnership in a women’s empowerment startup, and contributions to the Association for Psychological Science. Hayley holds an Applied Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School, along with entrepreneurial training and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University.
