Janwin Pinto

Janwin Pinto has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Janwin started their career in 2010 as a Computer Hardware Specialist at Friends Cyber Cafe, where they assisted customers with computer-related projects and tasks.

In 2014, Janwin joined CRISIL Limited as a Business Development Officer in the SME Ratings department. Janwin was responsible for expanding the SME Rating business by originating ratings from large and mid-corporate clients.

From 2015 to 2020, Janwin worked at Continuum Managed Services, first as an Accounts Executive (US Billing) and later as a Team Leader (Projects). In their roles, they managed accounting reports, maintained accurate payments, and communicated with international partners for collections. Janwin also provided project management and client servicing for clients and partners.

In 2020, ConnectWise acquired Continuum, and Janwin transitioned to the role of Team Manager - Professional Services. Janwin'sresponsibilities included managing teams and projects, as well as serving as the first level of escalation for partners with concerns.
