Jason Steiner serves as the COO at NAOS, where responsibilities include steering operational and commercial strategies for NAOS Canada, leading national field operations, and enhancing market presence across pharmacy and spa distribution channels. In addition to current advisory roles with GLG, Guidepoint, and AlphaSights since January 2019, Jason was previously the VP of Retail Services at Salesfloor, focusing on strategic client initiatives and performance optimization. Prior experience includes a tenure at L'Oréal as Commercial Director for Kiehl’s, overseeing wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels in Canada. Jason holds a B.Comm in Marketing from Concordia University and has completed studies at Marianopolis College.
