Jay Thomas is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in strategic advisory roles and executive management. Currently serving as the Independent Board Member and Chairman of the Board at West Pak Avocado, Inc., and as President of Bellaire Strategies LLC, Jay provides strategic advisory services to various organizations. With a strong background in rail signaling technologies through an advisory role at Piper Networks and consulting for Guidepoint and GLG, Jay also holds a long-standing position on the Audit Committee of the Walter J. and Betty C. Zable Foundation. Jay's previous experience includes significant leadership roles at Cubic Corporation, where contributions spanned from Executive Vice President and CFO to SVP of Corporate Development/Finance, along with directorial positions at Shield Aviation Inc. and CVideo, Inc. Jay’s educational credentials include an MBA from the University of San Diego and a BS in Finance from San Diego State University.
