Jessica Thompson

Jessica Thompson, MHRM, currently serves as the Director of Recruitment and Admissions at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and has a wealth of experience in talent acquisition, employee retention, and strategic consulting. In her role as a Corporate Management Consultant at Guidepoint, Jessica assists organizations tackle challenges related to growth and retention. As an Executive Consultant at Jessica Leads Today, Jessica focuses on improving recruitment and retention strategies for various entities. Previously, Jessica held teaching positions at Moore Public Schools and Oklahoma City Public Schools, as well as leadership roles in human resources and admissions at Target, Park University, and Brown Mackie College. Jessica holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, a BSBA in Small Business/Entrepreneurship, and a certificate in Women’s Leadership from Yale School of Management.
