Jim Honsaker

Jim Honsaker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in production and event management. Currently serving as a Senior Director at Hargrove, LLC, Jim focuses on continuous improvement, optimization, and scalability within the organization. As an Advisory Board Member for the Women in Production Collective, Jim contributes to the empowerment and mentorship of women in the arts and media sectors. Previously, Jim held various leadership roles at Encore, overseeing operations and project management for large-scale events across multiple regions. Additionally, Jim has held significant positions in technical direction and production management in various organizations, including Royal Caribbean International and Swank Audio Visual. Jim possesses educational credentials in Lean Six Sigma at both Black and Green Belt levels.
