John F. Pacelli is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in capture management and program management within the defense and aerospace sectors. Currently serving as Senior Executive Director at SAIC, John leads the Capture Management Navy Business Group and also acts as Executive Capture Director for the Defense and Civilian Sector. Founder of The Pacelli Consulting Group, LLC, John provides expert consultation focusing on capture, proposal, and program management. Previous roles include Executive Capture Director at Lockheed Martin and various vice president positions at Sikorsky, where significant operational improvements and international program management strategies were implemented.
