Joyce Maroun has extensive experience in retail management and operations, currently serving as an Assistant Store Manager in Merchandising at The TJX Companies, Inc. since August 2020. Joyce has held various leadership positions, including Assistant Store Manager Operations at Le Galeriste, Senior HR People Lead at Luxottica, and Store Manager roles at both Petco and Sears Holdings Corporation. With a strong background in sales as a Sales Consultant at Guidepoint and previous experience as an Area Manager at Footstar, Joyce combines operational expertise with graphic design skills gained through a role as a Graphic Design Artist. Joyce holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the State University of New York College at Potsdam.
