Kaitlin Swanstrom

Team Lead, Client Services at Guidepoint

Kaitlin Swanstrom started their work experience in 2017 as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual. Kaitlin then joined Guidepoint in 2018 as an Associate, where they connected clients with subject matter experts through the company's professional network. In 2019, they became a Research Manager and later a Project Manager in Client Services, conducting primary research for global Private Equity and Venture Capital firms. In 2021, they were promoted to Senior Project Manager and then in 2022, they transitioned to the role of Team Lead in Client Services at Guidepoint.

Kaitlin Swanstrom attended Brown University from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics. Prior to their time at Brown, they attended Blaine High School from 2011 to 2014 in Blaine, Minnesota. In addition to their formal education, Kaitlin obtained certifications in Long Term Care and Minnesota Life, Accident, and Health Producer License from the State of Minnesota in April 2017.
