Kamilah Mahon

Kamilah Mahon serves as the Global Head of Inclusion and Diversity at Distill Ventures since September 2021, previously holding the role of Global Inclusion and Diversity Program Manager within the same organization. Kamilah also contributes as an Editorial Board Member for Craft Spirits Magazine under the American Craft Spirits Association as of August 2023. Consulting for Guidepoint since September 2020, Kamilah provides advisory services focused on Human Capital and strategies pertaining to Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity. Earlier experience includes leading the first Diversity and Inclusion strategy at Cottage Health, managing HR communications at The Walt Disney Company, and working as an Organizational Development and Inclusion Consultant with BECOME. Kamilah holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
