Kent Callahan has a robust background in retail management and operations, currently serving as a Store Manager at Amazon Fresh since January 2025. With extensive experience as a Retail Consultant for Guidepoint Global Advisors, Kent has been integral in consumer goods and services advisory. Kent previously held significant roles in operations management at Amazon Logistics and Amazon Fulfillment Centre, alongside being a Market Director and District Manager at 99 Cents Only Stores and Tawa Supermarket, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing over 800 employees and managing sales exceeding $125 million annually. Kent’s history also includes positions at Fresh and Easy Neighborhood Market and Sprouts Farmers Market, where effective management led to enhanced profitability. Kent is a Certified Six Sigma Blackbelt, demonstrating a strong capability in process improvement and operational efficiency.
